Our beautiful home is going to be free from for a month: from the 22nd of January until the 19th February (with a potential option to extend it).

With all bills included (high-speed Internet, service charges, heating, water, electricity, council tax, etc).

It's been fully refurbished so you will find wooden floors, clean walls, a new sofa, futon, a dining table, fluffy rug, a comfy king-size bed, a fitted wardrobe in the bedroom, working desks, basically, all that you need for a comfortable living. Plus green plants which would make you a happy person!

High definition Epsom wall projector with Netflix for free that you are welcome to use too.

There is parking for residents in front of the house.

It's within a short walking distance to the Thames, Westminster, Waterloo Station, Southbank, etc. There is a lovely park across the street with tennis courts and other sports grounds. The nearest gym with a swimming pool and sauna is at the Elephant Leisure Centre (9 min walk).
There are some great restaurants, bars and cafes at the Lower Marsh (7min away). The nearest pub The Tankard is just across the street (happy hours until 8 o'clock! and great burgers served!).

We are looking for a respectful person/couple to move in and treat our home like their own. We provide beddings, towels, washing machine and dishwasher products. New pots and pans, cutlery, and crockery.
