I have a lovely room available in a 4 bedroom maisonette which is 8 mins walk from Kennington tube so you'd be sharing the flat with 3 other flatmates.
Looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and knows to clean up after themselves. The flat is kept very clean and tidy so I'm looking for somebody who will do the same.

The flat is ground floor with it's own entrance on the street.
Landlord doesn't live in the flat but lives local enough to be there if you lose your keys, etc. A dedicated cleaner visits the flat every two weeks and keeps the common areas nice and shiny.

The flat has a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, plates, pots and pans, etc. It's
also got a lounge with dining area ,Sky TV and super fast (650 mb/s) fibre broadband internet. Outside is a paved garden with garden furniture.

The room is for single occupancy only, that means only one person living in it. It's ok if you have friends
or partners to stay for a bit now and again but not permanently. Minimum contract period is 6 months.
