One single and one double room available in friendly flatshare on the doorstep of Kennington Park.
Two of our housemates are moving in this summer with their respective partners, leaving behind a single and double room up for the taking!

The Flat and the Rooms
The property is a two-floor flat with a patio garden. On the ground floor we share a very spacious living room and a fully furnished kitchen. Upstairs we have the 4 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. There’s a spare toilet and a shower room plus loads of storage space if you would need it.
The single room is fully furnished with an Ottoman bed that has storage underneath it, a big chest of drawers, shelves and a built-in cupboard.
The double room is also fully furnished with a brand new bed from Ikea, a chest of drawers, a desk and a spacious cupboard.

The Area
Connections are pretty amazing: Kennington Station is only a 10 minute walk away and is on both branches of the Northern Line. Vauxhall (Victoria Line) is a 15 - 20 min walk and we got busses going straight to East London and covering most of the South (Brixton is only 10 min bus ride).
We’re on a very quiet street, but as soon as you start exploring the area you’ll find pretty much anything you need in walking distance. There’s a big Morrisons and a big Tesco’s, both 10 min walking distance. There are local gyms and swimming pools, bars, cafes and the most amazing Japanese restaurant in London just 5 mins away. Kennington Park is right on our doorstep, a nice place to chill in the London sun or go for a jog.

The Flatmates
There will be two of us left in the flat: Atilla, a Turkish-German actor, and Liviu, a Romanian filmmaker. Some have been here longer than others, but we’ve been a pretty solid unit over the past couple of years. We all respect each other’s privacies and space but we do also hang out downstairs together a lot of the time. We love cooking, so there’s a lot of showmanship going on there. We watch films, TV and sometimes play games together.

The boring (but important) stuff
Rent is £430 per month for the single room and £470 for the double room plus bills which are around £85 per month (all pre-paid). Our landlord requests a deposit of £522 and … respectively once the contract is signed, with THE MINIMUM STAY OF 6 MONTHS.
The single room is available from the 11th of July but we are flexible with the date if you need to move in a little bit later as long as it’s within the month.
The double room is available from the 29th of July.

Who we’re looking for
As we’ve always maintained a healthy balance of having two men and two women living together at the same time, we’d ideally be looking for women between 23-40 years old to keep the gender balance in the house. We find that works quite nicely but we will keep an open mind.
If this sounds like you, write us back with a bit about yourself and why you’re looking to move and we’ll be in touch!
