Townhouse in Kennington, seeking fifth member

Wanted: housemate. Four guys in our 20s WLTM someone keen on our place next to Kennington Park.

The location:
Welcome to the bright lights of Kennington. Short walk to Kennington and Oval tube stations. Across the road from a beautiful park. Lots of good pubs nearby, some decent restaurants, a nice bakery and a Saturday farmer's market.

The house:
Five-bedroom early c19 townhouse
Living room with library study area
Large kitchen
Good-sized garden including gym equipment, fire pit and vegetable patch
Off-street parking
Two bathrooms, pending an imminent refurb that should be finished by the time you move in

The housemates:
A journalist, a quant, a machine learning PhD student, and an entrepreneur. A range of personalities and a harmonious atmosphere. We quite often hang out together, e. g. by climbing, video gaming and hosting the odd barbecue.

Newly repainted
Can come furnished
Lots of storage space, inc. a capacious crawlspace cupboard. No room complete without one.

What we're after:
This a knobhead-free zone. If you're untidy, noisy, or prone to conflict, please look elsewhere. If you're smart, fun, tidy, have a sense of humour and are easy to get on with, we're keen to hear from you.

Details:
£790/mo + bills, which work out to about £120 a month inc. weekly cleaner visit, broadband etc. Flexible July/August move-in.
