Small double room <10 minutes walk from Kennington and Oval Stations. Situated on a quiet street behind Kennington park and just off Walworth road. Room has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail.
Spacious flat spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors with a balcony. Big, light communal living room with sofas, large TV, dining table and too many plants, and a decent sized kitchen. The two of us living there currently do a mix of working from home and office. You can fit a small desk in the room, but i probably wouldnt recommend working from there regularly.
Living there currently are 2 young professionals (male). The previous two occupants have been female but open to anyone. The building is currently being refurbished until October so there is some noise during the daytime on weekdays. Resident would pay 1/3 of household bills (likely to be around £82 per month pp. including council tax but who knows with the energy situation at the moment!).
