Double room for rent in flat share with 3 professionals. Bills are all included with wifi. Fully furnished. The flat has new hub, new washing machine, and new boiler. All been changed last month.

Available to move from mid-October onwards.

Flatmates are very nice and friendly. Place is also always kept clean and tidy. I have been living here for almost 4 years now. One of my flatmates has been living here for almost 10 years.

This flat is very convenient and accessible. It’s a 3-minute walk to Kennington station (Northern Line). Near to Tesco and off-licence shop, that are just 2-3 minutes walk away. There is a park outside the flat. Also restaurants and pubs that are within walking distance.

Approximately 9-minute walk to Elephant and Castle which has more shops and restaurants. I normally walk (20 minutes) or cycle (8 minutes) to work which is in Westminster Bridge. Or take the tube and Waterloo station is just 1 stop from Kennington.

Very accessible going to London High Street if you want to go shopping.
