Since I will be moving back home I have a room in a 4 person flat share to let in SE17. Preferably looking for another student to fill in my room. The contract would end in September 2022.
The flat is located 9 minutes from Kennington tube station and a 20 minute walk from Elephant and Castle. The nearest supermarkets are Morrisons (10 minute walk), Tesco (about 15 minutes) and a little Corner store (about 1 minute).
You will be sharing a flat with Leanna, Ruby and Kalian all students at LCC (UAL) in their 3rd and second year. We enjoy eating/cooking together and watching movies/playing games :) They are all really lovely and nice and I loved having them as flatmates!
The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. The house is located in a pretty quiet area and the room doesn’t face the street. You will share a bathroom with one/two other person/s.
