5 minute walk to Kennington (Northern Line). Well connected buses. Walk/Cycle to Westminster.

Shared living room, and an open plan kitchen/dining room with lots of space and you can walk straight out onto balcony and down into garden.
Sharing with one other flatmate, Chris, a doctor. He does not work from home. There is a spare room available that could be used as an office if desired. The living room is also large enough to be used as an office space as well, so working from home is a definite option.

Looking to fill the lovely room for the long term if the fit is right. Chris will also be moving out in January and involvement in finding the next suitable flatmate would of course be key.

A key point is that I am the manager of the flat; my step-dad is the landlord so formal contracts do go through him. In general we are offering a rolling contract with a two month notice period, but if you are more certain of your dates we are happy to negotiate something more fixed term. I am responsible for day-day upkeep, bills, problems and queries.

I have lived in the flat for the last ten years, but am just married and moving out of London.

We have always used Spare Room to find lovely flatmates over the years and have always been nice and flexible with everyone's needs.
