I’m looking for a tenant (preferably female as all the current tenants are female) for this lovely sunny☀️ south-facing double room close to city centre.

The flat is super well-connected, in walking distance to the following tube stations:

5 min walk to Oval (Northern line Zone2),
10 min walk to Kennington (Northern line Zone1/2),
15 min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line Zone1/2)

As well as a few bus stops minutes away.

20 min to Bank, 30 min to Soho by public transport.

The rent is £840 per month with all bills included. Minimum tenancy 6 months.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with three young professionals (Korean, Brazilian and Polish respectively). They’re all friendly, quiet, tidy and respectful.

Please note that this property doesn’t have a living room.

You’ll be signing a contract directly with the landlord, who is very friendly, responsible and generous. All issues we’ve had in the flat were sorted within a couple of days, if not on the same day.
