Roof Terrace

Three double bedrooms are coming available in our great 5 bedroom house.

It is a 5 bedroom, three storey house with a fantastic large roof terrace and large ground level outside area.

All three rooms are available from May 25th.

We have now filled two of the rooms and are looking for a girl to take the large room on the top floor sharing a bathroom with one other.

The Area
The house is on Brook Drive, which is within 5-10 minute walk from Elephant and Castle, Kennington and Lambeth North underground stations. Waterloo is only about 15 minutes walk, Vauxhall 20mins and you can walk to Westminster or Covent Garden in less than 30 minutes.
There are loads of night busses that go to Elephant and Castle from central London too, which is ideal.

The House

There’s an open plan kitchen/living room on the ground floor which opens outside in to a large enclosed patio area.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom and the top floor has two more bedrooms with another bathroom as well the massive roof terrace, prepped for summer. From the roof terrace you can see the City of London, the Imperial War Museum, the Millennium Tower, The London Eye and even hear Big Ben chime.

The Rooms
There are three rooms becoming available, two very large rooms and one slightly smaller.

The Housemates
Currently in the house we have Harry and Ann, who have one of the rooms as a couple and Jo.

Harry is 28, works in finance and is very much in to music, food, wine, TV/film, wine, Wales Rugby, Man City, food and gin.

Ann is 28 and is currently working as a welsh nanny in London. She likes everything Harry likes, apart from football.

Jo is also 28 and works as a farm manager at a local city farm. This comes with benefits, such as fresh eggs and free gardening for our roof terrace! She likes animals and gin

What we are looking for
We want people who are looking for a home, not just somewhere to stay.
We are looking for young professionals (a decent mix of guys and girls) who want to live in a friendly social house. The joy of a larger house is that there’s often someone around who you can have a glass of wine with or watch a TV program with if you want to, but also feel just as comfortable spending time in your room if that’s what you want to do.
If you think this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please send us a little about yourself. We’ll be doing viewings over the next week and ideally we’d like to get it sorted as soon as possible. This will also give the new people the opportunity to meet each other.
