We have a single room available in our shared flat on the 3rd floor of an ex-council authority building.

This is a four-bedroom flat with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, central heating, and wooden flooring.
Note there is no living room.

The flat is situated in a convenient location, close to local amenities, Kennington Park, and within 20 min bus ride to central London.

- Elephant and Castle - 2 bus stops away
- Vauxhall - 3 bus stops away
- Waterloo - 4 bus stops away
- Good bus service with the night- and 24/7 buses to central and south London.

The room is bright and comes furnished with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, and a bookcase.

We are a mix of three professionals our late-20’s/early-40's. We all work long hours during the week and prefer quiet evenings. Sometimes we do things together on the weekend, being into outdoors, arts and music, etc. We respect each other's space and keep the flat clean and friendly. We are looking for a like-minded person.

The rent is £630/month, including high speed internet, gas, water, council tax bills, electricity, etc
The move-in date can be negotiable and deposit will be required.
