Big Room + All Inc + Temp (1-3Month)

Hi everyone,

I am looking to temporary rent my room in my flat. Available for 1 month - 3 month from now. You will b sharing a 3 bed flat with my housemate who is full time NHS professional and I will stay occasionally in the small room.

There 1 full bathroom upstairs and toilet + sink downstairs, so there is always one toilet free.

I am full time professional and I am also doing Law at Uni. I can get very busy / stressed whilst trying to balance both but I am down for a glass of Malbec, or Sauvignon Blanc if you prefer, every now and then, tho not a must. I very much respect everyone’ own space.

A suitable person would be clean, tidy, considerate and responsible. It would suit someone who is able to appreciate and be grateful to have a nice and quiet place to live and call home, treat it responsibly and with care.

I have refurbished the flat in 2014. Both kitchen and bathroom are fitted with underfloor heating , so it’s lovely to walk in around in the winter.

The kitchen is equipped with a washer / dryer machine , dishwasher, oven, induction hob ( very powerful ) , microwave, fridge/freezer .
Plenty of storage in the kitchen for your own food too.

The bathroom is designed in a balinese style / wetroom with a temperature control power shower .

All bills are included : TV license , Heating, Water, Electricity, Council Tax , Broadband and service charges.

Supermarkets
There is a small Tesco outside Kennington tube station as well as a couple off licence shops.
Between Kennington and Vauxhall there is a Tesco SuperStore. On Walworth Road you have Morrison’s , M&S , Iceland, and a Turkish Deli which is my favourite out of them all. Also a Holland&Barrett , Boots, Superdrug, Argos etc

Restaurants
There are a few local restaurants on Kennington lane and a new Taro has recently opened next to post office. Alternatively I walk / cycle to Mercato Metropolitano , Brixton and/or Clapham.
