We have a double room with en-suite and separate remote working space available to rent in our lovely house in St Marys Gardens.

You'll have the lower ground floor to yourself, with a large en-suite bathroom and lots of built-in storage. We are fortunate to have enough room in the house so that everyone has their own remote working space. The dining room would effectively become yours in that respect.

Rent £950 per month
Bills (not included) are £138.86/month.

The room comes with bed and mattress. Our outgoing flatmate has also indicated that some of her furniture in the room is for sale if you'd be interested to move in.

The kitchen is shared and we have a terrace/garden out the back which gets the sun in the morning and is lovely for bbqs in the summer.

We are pretty chilled out and quite clean but not pedantically so. We aren't a party house but have friends over sometimes for a BBQ. We are friendly and respectful.

The house is tucked away near the Imperial War Museum – peaceful yet very central (when Big Ben was working you could hear it chiming). Westminster is only 15 minutes walk. Local tubes are Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle, with good bus links.

We have 200mpbs broadband, a TV, Amazon video etc and a nice Hi-fi in the living room.
