You/tenant must be down to earth, clean & tidy. It is not a party house! I would appreciate somebody who can keep the noise to a minimum in the evenings after 10pm :-) It is a quiet house/area because is not on a main road.
I like my privacy and mostly after work I just like to relax or go to gym after long day at work. On weekends I like to cook, visit friends or visit food markets like Brixton or Borough market and I love Mercato Metropolitano food market in Elephant& Castle which is 10 min away.
