Two large room place, perfect for two friends or a couple and a third person.
The property has a good sunny lounge, two excellent double bedrooms, nice gallery kitchen with big pantry, a hallway with space for coats and shoes and a modern bathroom. There's also a little patio area that looks out to a shared garden.
Brilliant location, 3mins walk to Kennington tube, not far from Vauxhall either and there's so many great bars and restaurants a stone throw away.
Get in quick, two beds this size and in this location don't last long.

Bills aren't included, and you'd need to select your providers. I managed to have Netflix, water, gas, electric, council tax and broadband all for £200 per month (£100per room).

You'd have to be vetted by a property agent and pay a reference and contract fee (about £150 I think).Need to commit to staying for one year or be willing to replace yourself on the contract with someone else.
