We have one beautiful room available in our friendly houseshare! It's perfect for students from UCL, UAL, RCA, LSE, Imperial College!
Super short commute to Kings Cross, White City, Euston and the City.

Kensal Green is lovely, just minutes away from Portobello Road/ Notting Hill. The house is a clean, bright and cosy space to live shared with friendly art+ design-loving flatmates that like to have a good laugh.

The room:

— In-built cupboards for storage in a foyer that comes with the room

— Bathroom next to the room only shared with one other housemate
— Available from 1st of March or later

Monthly rent is £790
(£740/month plus £50/month for all bills (gas, water, electricity and high-speed broadband internet; might be a bit higher for winter months).

No Council Tax paid in the house, as we're all students.

The current housemates are three females and one male (German, British, French, Slovenian).

It's a Victorian terrace house that has been extended into a large place with 4 bathrooms and a cosy kitchen diner (all wooden floor). The kitchen has 2 washing machines, 3 fridges/freezer, 2 sinks, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, wooden dining table, a 3-seater sofa, and is partly glass roof.

The kitchen opens directly into the wooden-decked garden and is perfect for coffees in the sun. We have cleaned the house ourselves so far with a cleaning plan which worked really well. Although we don't smoke, we don't mind if you smoke outside in the garden.

The area offers a variety of options, supermarkets, cafe's, corner shops, but is also excellently connected to public transport: 3 min. walk to Kensal Green tube station and 24hour bus at the doorstep. 15min to Euston with the Overground and 20 min. to Oxford Circus on the Bakerloo line. 10 min. per bike to Portobello Road, Notting Hill.

The house is looking for a friendly, open-minded and sociable housemate that like to call this cosy house a home. Ideally, you share a love for art, design, science and maybe enjoy cooking dinners together. It's a more mature and neat atmosphere and we treat the house as a home to relax and feel comfortable.

P. S.: The deposit will be secured in an official deposit protection scheme by the landlord. You will take over a shared contract that currently runs until 10th Oct 2020. There is the option to extend and renew the contract after this period (I live already 7 years in this house).
