Flexible agreement - contract renews in February but you can leave anytime, just need to find someone else as replacement.
The property boasts 2 bathrooms (one bathroom is for you and one other housemate) with showers and baths, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, a large kitchen/living/dining space inclusive of all appliances and a dishwasher, a garden and a shed for extra storage.

The other housemates are on the 1st and 2nd floors. All musicians, 3 Italians, one Greek and one Brit. And range from 21-32 years old.

The 187 bus towards Finchley leaves right from outside the property and Kensal Rise (overground) and Kensal Green (bakerloo like) stations are a short 7 minute walk away. Alternatively the bus goes to Queens Park Station and Warwick Avenue stations too.

The landlord is an absolute gem - sorted the house out with whatever needed doing right after the first lockdown and is always prompt with repairs.

There is a cleaning rota or you can avail yourself of a cleaner that we get when we don’t have time to do it ourselves.

Rent is cheap for this area considering that there’s a deli, 2 restaurants, an organic food take away, an office, laundrette, shop and post office, 30 seconds away from the house. Plus Willesden Sports Centre and Round wood park are just around the corner.

Great connections to transportation - the 187 bus stops right outside othe front door and that takes you right to Finchley Road and frognal . . Kensal Geeen (bakerloo / Overground) and Kensal Rise overground are a mere 10 minute walk away. High street is near Kensal Rise station with a huge selection of shops including pharmacies, Tesco, massive Sainsbury’s and butchers, apart from everything else.
