You would live with Aasim, Tommy, Lorena and Ignacia (British, Chinese, Chilean; all postgraduate students (PhD and MA) at UCL/Imperial College). They are sociable and like to share a glass of wine and dinners, but are respectful of each other's privacy. Amazing housemates, I promise!

They enjoy cooking, BBQ's and Sunday brunches, but are focussed on our studies/work and they look for people that want to relax and be comfortable at home.

They hope for friendly, considerate and sociable people that like to call this cosy house a home! Cleanliness and tidiness are extremely important to us and we hope you share the same values. We don't smoke in the house but don't mind you if you do so outside.

As a house of students, we weren't liable for Council Tax and if you are also in full-time studies, you would not have to pay it either.

Alternatively, you could pay as a professional CT on top and request 25% off that cost as single-payer within a non-paying household with the Council.

The deposit will be secured in an official deposit protection scheme by the landlord. We are in a shared 12-months contract from 11th Oct 2020 onwards and you would take over my remaining contract time.
There is the option to extend and renew the contract after this period or to leave when you find a replacement tenant. The landlords are easy-going as they know us for a while.
