Are you looking for a place to call home, where you can come back from work and relax then this is the flat for you.

The room is discounted for the first two months!

You will be living with me (Rebekah) and Amanda. We are professionals, who work hard and like to enjoy a peaceful home. We enjoy films (there is a large TV in the living room), travelling (when covid doesn't stop us), good food and bottles of wine/gin but also have our own lives and respect each other's privacy.

There is a shared kitchen with washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer and cupboard space. We also have a wide variety of shared kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, blender, toaster and kettle etc.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, clean, tidy and respectful :)
This is not a party flat at all.

The flat is well looked after and our landlady manages everything herself, she is always very quick to respond.
****The room has been discounted for the first two months to £600 plus bill and will revert back to £690 plus bills from there.*****

Rent = £690 per month
Bills are not included but are pretty standard each month:
Council Tax = £55
Internet = £9
Water = £10
Gas & Electric = £24

Deposit is £921 and paid directly to the landlady and will be held in the rental deposit scheme.

Move in Date: ASAP

Our current house mate Yaman is moving out as she is moving in with her lovely boyfriend. <3
Yaman changed the room around to fit in a large desk for WFH days, the fire place is currently hidden behind a set of draws but this can be changed back depending on your preferences. - The pic's of the room show the fire place and the video shows the room as is now.

The flat is ideally located within equal walking distance to Kensal Rise overground and Kensal Green underground (Bakerloo line) and overground.
You can be at Oxford Circus within 25 mins from Kensal Green.
Euston in approx 15 mins.

There are two parks close by - Queens park and Roundwood park. Both are a short distance from the flat.

There are two Tesco express within walking distance of the flat. A post office, a pub, a nice cafe and a little Italian delicatessens round the corner. With a small grocery shop and corner shop within easy reach.
We are also a 10 min walk from Chamberlayne Road where there are more pubs, restaurants and coffee shops.
