We have one double bedroom going in our modern, spacious and clean house.

It is a ground floor double bedroom with an ensuite and views into our garden. The room is unfurnished however it does have a wardrobe which can be removed.

The house has four bedrooms in total (two with ensuite) over three floors and a master shower room with bath.

The house is really warm in winter, cool in summer and spacious. The kitchen and living room area is a great place for hosting with a modern island and open plan

Outside we have a climbing garden where we grow herbs and spices plus tomato plants too!

We also have a huge basement to store things, a dish washer and washing machine and a real wood burning fire which is amazing in the winter.

We are a mixed gender household. Super chilled, we love hanging out together, chatting, eating, drinking. We are looking for someone who will interact with the household, have dinners together and socialise but also have their own thing going on.
