Hey welcome to our Spareroom Ad. A room in our three bedroom flat will become available from the 28th May. Our lovely housemate is leaving us which we are very sad about but this may be your opportunity to come join us at our home.

There will be two people sharing with you myself and Andi. We are about young professionals who have lived in London for 7 years. I work in a Drama Conservatoire and Anduela is a business consultant and enterpreneur. We both have varied interests so it is always best just to virtually meet us!

The room is an ensuite so you will have your own shower and bathroom. Common areas include kitchen, living room and garden that is shared. The flat is in a new build with camera security and private parking. We are located in Kensal Rise where we are a 5 minute walk to Kensal Rise Overground station. We have two parks nearby, Queen's Park being less than a 10 minute walk from our place. We have shops near by Kensal Rise station and Kilburn High Street is only about a 25 - 30 minute walk. Kilburn Underground Station is about a 20 minute walk from ours.

To us this flat is our sanctuary it is the place where we come unwind and just be; so we too want this to be your sanctuary. Our area is great because it is so peaceful that you don't feel the business of London but yet you're not that far from everything. To quote the wise words of Hannah Montana 'you get the best of both worlds.'

We're not a party house; although we are not against having parties, just not all the time. We love having deep philosophical conversations and then just being right down silly. Laughter is the best medicine.
