Double Room in Spacious & Welcoming Home

We are looking for new friendly housemate(s) to join us in our home, open to both individuals (£700pcm) or a couple (£900pcm), with all bills included.

The room itself is a very large sunny double complete with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and side table. Perfect for relaxing or working in. The house (including the room) has recently been fitted with acoustic double glazed windows to ensure minimum noise!

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage space, and has a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a full set of kitchen utensils. We have a dinning room/sitting room with a lot of natural light, and with views over the garden. The garden has a wonderful patio/BBQ area for eating and relaxing outside and a large (75ft) lawn which seems to be popular with birds and squirrels. There is one larger bathroom (with bath, shower, and loo) and a downstairs loo as well.

The house still has much of its 1930s décor (think pink bathrooms!) but is full of character, and all the appliances work perfectly well.

Kensal rise is a fantastic Zone 2 location with great transport links, Willesden green tube station (jubilee line) is 15 mins walk, Kensal Green tube station (Bakerloo line) is 12 mins walk and Kensal Rise station (overground) a mere 8 mins walk away. We also have an extensive bus service with the number 6 and 52 stopping just 1 minute away, an easy and fast way to get into central London.

We are a young professional couple (James and Jess) who love to spend time socialising with friends, going for brunch, cooking, watching our favourite shows (Bake Off, The Island, Gogglebox anyone?) or gardening. We're very laid back and are looking for someone similarly easy-going!!
