I’m moving out of my room in a student hall to live closer to uni. The room is a twin room, so the one bed close to the wall is the one being let as there already is an existing tenant owning the second part of the room. This place has comfortable 3/4 beds, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, fridge and freezer and a good storage opportunities. There is also a TV which one can connect to chromecast. Since this is a student hall it has a reception and maintenance team in case there should be questions or problems. There is also a common room here with a TV and pool table. For smokers, there is a smoking area in the back yard. Garrow house is a 8 minute walk to the closes tube station(Westbourne park) and right next to several bus stops. Its also a 30 minute walk to Notting Hill and close to Portobello road, the market and several cool vinyl stores. The rent is 810 pcm and this is being let to female students, as this is a student hall and the other tenant is female.
