A double room in the loft of a Victorian terraced house in Kensal Rise/Queen's Park. It occupies the entire top floor of the house, separated by its own staircase. Two skylights allow views out over the chimney tops and roofs of West London to the rest of the city beyond. This room will be available from the beginning of November.

You'll be living with two other people, both professionals - Vanessa, 26, and myself (Charlotte), 23. We're back to work in the office now, though occasionally work from home. We like to hang out (watch a movie, cook together or have a drink or two or ten) but also respect each others privacy.
The house is large and clean, spread over 3 storeys, with a large living room and dining room, bathroom (with bath and shower), and a kitchen with all the usual appliances that opens out into a paved back garden, bordered by plants and shaded by a large tree.

While the postcode may be Queen's Park, and in the borough of Westminster, we are definitely closer to Kensal Rise. Kensal has loads of nice bars and restaurants nearby, mostly located along Chamberlayne Road and there's a Tesco Express, coffee shops, and a leisure centre with gym and pool, all within about a minute's walk. There's also a huge Sainsbury's superstore less than 10 minutes walk away. Queen's Park (the park itself) is also about 10-15 minutes walk. Just beyond that is Salisbury Road, the high street of Queen's Park - more pubs, restaurants, delis, cafes etc. Portobello Road and Notting Hill are in easy walking distance too

The room comes with some furniture (Bed, chest of drawers, shelves, full length mirror, clothes rail). Ample storage space is positioned around two sides of the room, with multiple small cupboard spaces.

Bills come to about £70-£100 a month (price range depends on the season). Deposit is £733.
