We have two lovely double rooms available in this comfortable, well furnished, first floor terrace home; located in a quiet and friendly street in Kensal Rise; very close to the overground, underground and excellent bus links.

Additional storage available just outside the room on the landing. This room is bright and airy, while offering a cosy space to call home.

This lovely bright room is located at the back of the house allowing it to be quiet and cosy, away from the hubbub of the household. The room includes comfy double bed, wardrobe, drawers, along with desk and chair at the window, that are perfect for working from home.

Bills
These are organised by the landlord and included in the rent fee of each room. This covers; council tax, water, gas, electricity & internet.
 
Current flatmate is a very friendly and welcoming person. She is hard a working professional, but when off work, also enjoys hanging out together in the cosy living room. We are looking for someone who is friendly, with a priority on cleanliness, is respectful and a good communicator. And above all, someone to create a little family and have some laughs together.

- Close to overground station; Kensal Rise and Bakerloo line; Kensal Green.
- Tesco Local is less than 2 minutes away,
-. large Sainsbury’s 5 minute bus ride, 15 min walk away
- great shops on College Road which is home to a fantastic greengrocer and Italian Deli!
- The high street, Chamberlayne Rd, has a great range of pubs, restaurants and cafe's (The Chamberlayne, Parlour, Whippet Inn, Arabella's, Bell & Nevs, Paradise, Comptoir Meze) and independent local shops,
- Kensal Rise is a bustling area and you can access Central London via bus in 20 minutes!
