Double Room available in a lovely home

Hello!

We are two professionals (more importantly good friends) on our late 30’s, looking for a new flatmate to occupy a double bedroom available in our flat. The rooms is becoming available as Kat, who we lived with for few years, bought her own flat and is moving out soon.

The house: The room is furnished, located in the second floor of the flat. The house is modern and fully furnished. There is a large open plan kitchen well equipped with a cozy living/tv room. There is also a decked garden for the summer and for Hendrick (a lovely 5 yo french bulldog). Outside would be also the place for smokers, not in the house!

About us:

Flatmate 1: Chilled guy working in corporate sales. Usually up early in the morning for work and often swimming around the corner (yes there is a gym down the road). Loves cooking, music lover, violin player. He also loves organising and tidying the house up (especially outside looking after the plants!). His room is an en-suite meaning that you would only share the bathroom with one person.

Flatmate 2: Also a very chilled girl working in the hospitality (lots of discounts!). She has a busy schedule and is rarely in the evenings. She also loves cooking when around.

Potential flatmate (you): The ideal person would def be easy going, dog lover, gay friendly and someone who likes having a glass or two and not necessary a proper party (sometimes a party is good too!). We both like to have friends around for dinner and drinks, meaning that you are more than welcome to join us! As we both like our own space too, someone who does not work from home every day would be ideal so we don’t get on the way of the other. You must be a tidy person with a good sense of sharing a flat not to say a good sense of humor! We both work long hours so having a stress free home is a must!

The property

The house is located between Kensal Green and Kensal Rise stations. Kensal Green is the closest station (4min) and it is on the overground and bakerloo line. Portobelo market/Notting hill is walking distance so as to a big Sainsbury’s (8min), M&S, Tesco etc. The Main Street (Chamberlayne road) is full of cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is also a gym with swimming pool, sauna and spa down the road (literally 3mim away!).

Price:

The price is £950 for the room and council tax is included. The only bill which is not included is EDF (electricity/gas) and weekly cleaner. The total for those would be no more than £100 (during winter).
