We are two friends who met at university now both working 9-5 (one sometimes from home). Our flatmate (also a friend from university) is moving out to live abroad, but we love the flat and want to find someone who would be a good fit to stay on for another year with us.
The room is a very spacious double with plenty of storage, south-facing window, and high ceilings. Desk pictured not included. We put a lot of effort into making the flat a cosy home during the lockdowns, so you’ll benefit from it being fully furnished and decorated.
Nearest stations are Kensal Green (Bakerloo, Overground to Euston/Watford Junction) and Kensal Rise (Overground to Clapham Junction/Richmond/Stratford).
We like a pub trip, bike ride, dinner party, chat about work and/or current affairs, and cinema/theatre trip. We met doing theatre at uni (one on-stage one off) so creatives welcome but by no means required! We like to socialise as a flat at times and also do our own things.
Bills come to approx £30pcm (not including TV license or council tax).
