The prices you see advertised are inclusive of everything. From your household bills to your council tax and wifi - it’s all covered. This means that you don’t have to spend your time splitting the costs with your housemates.
Cleaners attend our properties on a weekly basis to clean the entire house, including your room.
We provide cleaning products for our properties on a monthly basis.
We have an online problem reporting system to make logging maintenance issues as easy as possible, as well as making the turn around time for getting these issues fixed as quick as possible.

Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls only houses.
The age range for our houses is strictly between 20-40, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses your interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you.
We arrange meetings/video calls with all potential tenants so that we can get to know you better, and you can get to know us better, before going forward with viewings and room reservations. We want to make sure that Capital Living is definitely the right place for you.
