Hi, my name is Javier and because of the situation of Covid19 I'm not in England. I'm looking for someone friendly in oerder to rent the room in which I was. It is 5min walk far away from Queen`s park station.
The rent is 500 per month plus bills. The bills are electricity, water, heat, taxes and wifi, wich make a total of 550 per month approximately, all included. The house has a shared livingroom and a garden. The neighbourhood is really quiet and you have supermarkets like Tesco or Saintsbury's 5min walk away.
Nowadays in the flat there are two girls, Maria and Marisa, both of them Spanish. They are very friendly and we used to share meals and spend time in the shared living room.
