Spacious and clean double bedroom with a big window, brand new wardrobe and 4 drawers under the bed. The flat also comes with a big living room and kitchen and a storage room. Water pressure is strong for a good shower. Not to mention, you can adjust the brightness of the lighting in your room!

I have stayed at this flat for more than a year now. I really like its location. The flat is located at Holland Road which is 5 mins walk to Shepherd's Bush station (Central Line). Westfield and Lidl are 5 mins away. For those who love running as I do, it only takes 15 mins to get to Hyde Park.

I am a friendly and sociable person. l love exploring London and restaurants, running and cooking! I am looking for a female housemate who is clean, neat, organized, respectful and independent. I keep the house clean and I would like you to contribute your part as well. I am a working professional with demanding work hours at times. Hence, I would like to relax in the evening. I don't mind socializing or having meals together during the weekends though! I would really want to keep a positive vibe in this lovely flat!

The rent is inclusive of bills. The room is now available. And I also consider short let.
