Earls Court Large Double Room for RENT

There is a large room located in Kensington/Earls Court/Warwick Gardens (Postcode W14 8PL), will be available Jan 27 2020. The room is extremely large as photos showed and situated in a 3 bedrooms flat. It is suitable for a couple or two friends to move in (one people also fine). The rent including all bills (wifi, water, gas, heating, electricity, council tax. etc) will be £ 1222 per month. It is 5-8 mins walk to Earls Court station. In addition, buses 9, C1, 49, C3, 328, 23, 28, 27, etc. which are all 3 mins walking distance. The TESCO, Sainsbury supermarket, restaurant and bar are all within 3-5 mins walking. The current flatmates, one professional British girl and one Italian male Imperial College PhD student. Both of them are nice and fatanstic flatmates. We are couple and stay here for almost 6 months and need to move out as we will have a baby soon. We want to find someone to replace us until our contract end next 16 May 2020, but definitively you can stay longer after that if you are willing to.
