AVAILABILITY FLEXIBLE

Room 1:
- £885 per month + bills (approx £100 per month)
- Kingsize room in a shared flat next to Kensington Olympia
- Room came unfurnished but currently has a kingsized bed, mattress, 1 triple wardrobe, desk and bedside table. Current flatmate is open to selling furniture or you can bring your own!
- Room shares a bathroom with 2 others (myself and my boyfriend) - which consists of toilet, sink, bath and shower over the bath.

Other important info:
- All cutlery, utensils and white goods included

The Flat:
- We are the basement flat of a converted townhouse
- V quiet road so no noisy cars
- 2 bedrooms with an open plan Kitchen/ Living room
- All newly renovated (we are the first tenants)
- Large patio towards the rear of the property which is lovely during summer

Location:
- Literally next to Kensington Olympia - less than 90 seconds walk to the overground station (we've timed it)
- 8-10 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush (Central) / Baron's Court (Piccadilly) / West Kensington (District) tube stations
- Regular bus routes all around
- Local pubs around include the Bird in the Hand, Havelock Tavern, Queen's Arms etc
- Brook Green is a great location to be, small Tesco is about 5 minutes walk away and a massive Tesco about a 10 minute walk away

About the flatmates:
- Chloe (28) and Rapha (27) are both professionals who work full time.
- Rapha is generally out of the house in the day but I work from home on 3 days per week, 2 days I’m in the office
- One of us will normally be in the house most evenings, but we both have social events out of the house

What they are looking for:
- A tidy male or female housemate, who is willing to have a drink, watch Netflix and occasionally forget to water the numerous half-dead houseplants
- Sorry but no students... those days are behind us
- We operate on the principle that whats ours is yours, so we want you to feel at home!
