Large ensuite room in gorgeous Chelsea flat

Hi there,

I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Chelsea. The apartment is a dream - it's bright, easy to live in, with recently refurbished bathrooms. Rent is £1,350 per month, plus bills (water, gas/electricity, council tax, TV/internet). The flat has a dishwasher and washer + dryer. The available room is large and bright, with plenty of storage.

The flat is in a great spot, on Hollywood Road. For transport, there is a bus stop at the end of the road (14,414,211) which gives quick access to South Ken, Victoria, Hyde Park, Waterloo etc. We are in between Earls Court, South Ken, Gloucester Road and Fulham Broadway tube station - all about a 10-15 minute walk.

There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs and bars in the area, as well as parks, markets and shops. There is Tesco express at the end of the road, and an M&S and Sainsbury's on the next block.

A bit about me: I'm originally from London and moved back from Canada last year. I do work long hours and this flat has such a nice, relaxing feeling and I hope to find a flat mate that also wants to use our home as a retreat, rather than a party flat. I do love a glass of wine, netflix and a catch up, so it's a balance of both worlds.

I'm looking for a female, working professional with a move in date from mid October.
