Ensuite Room in Earls Court

Hi,

I am moving out and freeing up an ensuite double room in our flat. The room is great size, has its own bathroom, and very light with a nice view, in a quiet residential area. There is a possibility to put a desk in the room if needed. The flat itself is really cool and fully-equipped, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), a kitchen and a giant living room on a separate floor, which really is an unparalleled social space!

The flat is located a 5-minute walk from Earl's Court station, serving the Piccadilly and District Lines so extremely well-connected to get to the West End, the City and more. West Brompton station is also a 5-minute walk, with a direct train to Clapham. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and with plenty of cool pubs, bars and restaurants close by. On a nice day it is an easy and pleasant walk to Hyde Park, Chelsea Embankment and the Natural History Museum. There's plenty of supermarkets close by, with a medium Tesco 2 minutes away, a large Waitrose 10 minutes away and large Co-op 10 minutes away.

The rent without the bills and the council tax is £1100 per month. The deposit that needs to be paid by the new roommate when moving in is £1050. The bills + council tax per month and per person is a total of £100 approximately, it varies a bit each month.

We've got a really nice atmosphere in the flat so we'd love to have a roommate who likes to sometimes spend time together in the living room or have a chat/glass of wine at the end of the week.
