Hello, I am looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful, spacious, bright maisonette.
The flat is located on a very quiet street with minimal traffic,
with walking distance:
4 min to Tesco 24/7 and Tesco Express,
7 min to Sainsbury’s
2-3 min to bus stops
7 min to Earls Court Underground station (District, Picadilly line)

- up to 30-minute walking distance to Fulham, South Kensington and High Street Kensington.

The bedroom is located in a 4-bedroom maisonette with 2 bathrooms, a living room and an open plan kitchen. The flat is spacious, with plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and a washing machine with a dryer.

The bedroom is furnished - it comes with a double bed, a matrace, wardrobe, a chair and mirrors. The large full-length mirror and desk are mine but I'm happy to leave them to you if you are interested.

We are looking for a female (student/professional) who is respectful, clean and friendly.

You will be sharing with 3 lovely respectful ladies, all working professionals.

The bedroom is available from 1/8/2021, but there can be an earlier let possible as I don't use the property since January.

Price is 749£ per month, currently discounted by the landlord, from 1/8/2021 - 25/3/2022.
Please note there will be a slight increase if you wish to renew the contract after this period.
