Bright and large double bedroom in Chelsea

Hi,

We have a room to sublet for 3-4 months just off the Kings road. Our landlord has given permission.

The room is very bright with high ceilings, garden facing and big sized double bed. Room includes extensive built in wardrobe, two desks + side tables.

This is a 4th floor flat with good sized kitchen and living room + 3 other kind flatmates (we are a mix of art and science and speak English/French/Spanish). I can send photographs for those interested.

Nearest tubes are Earls Court, Fulham Broadway, South Kensington. Or bus to Sloane Square. For those that jog or play tennis, Battersea Park is nearby.

I am a PhD student leaving to conduct research in the desert. I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for 3-4 months -> Mid/late January - Mid April (there is a small possibility of an extension). Bills are max £120 on coldest months.

Must be clean, considerate person and not looking for a party house. Covid careful too - we are not doing gatherings or having long term visitors. We use the place to relax, study/work and socialise as a flat. Please private message me for more details and with some details about yourself.
