Large double room in Kentish Town available

Hello! My current flatmate is getting himself on the property ladder. This means his room is up for grabs!

The double room is spacious, comes with a wardrobe and chest of draws for storage and recently got a new mattress. In addition, the flat has an attic that is easily accessible and great for storing stuff you may use from time to time.

The flat comes fully furnished. It has a large living room with a dining table. I have a smart TV, a Virgin box (that you can record and watch catch up TV on) and a Sky Go account. The kitchen is also a good size and has a washer/dryer in. Not much to say about the bathroom – it has a sink, toilet and a powerful shower!

The flat comes with its own designated off road parking space (which I don’t use so you would be free to) and access to a decent sized communal garden.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to both Kentish Town and Tufnell Park stations (both zone 2) which makes it a very short journey to Central London. It is also a 10 minute walk from the beautiful and vast Hampstead Heath which is great for relaxing, walking or exercising in.

Your share of the bills for the flat would approximately be as follows (per month):

£17 – fibre broadband
£6 - TV licence

A little bit about me; I am a 27 year old male who works in finance. I really like most sports but particularly watch motorsport (F1 & Formula E).. Most people describe me as being pretty laid back. I sometimes work long hours and I like to go and visit family and friends (as well as holidays as regularly as I can manage them) outside of London. Occasionally my girlfriend stays at the flat and sometimes I go and stay at hers and so I would not be around all the time.

I am looking for a friendly young professional flat mate who I can chill with when at home. I like to keep the flat reasonably clean and tidy and would want to share with someone who is quiet and respectful at night. It’s a no to smokers – sorry!
