We have a single room available in a newly converted, clean and modern 3 bed flat in Kentish Town available and looking for a female to move in ASAP. The flat is 5 minutes from Parliament Hill field and very close to the tube/train station and night buses. The flat is about a 10 minute walk to Kentish Town station and 5 minutes to gospel oak overground, very convenient and ideal location for public transport. Hampstead Heath is literally round the corner 🙌🏼 and there’s lots of great pubs, shops and restaurants close by. The room has a wardrobe, mirror, bedside side table and a mattress as an optional purchase. The bedroom comfortably fits a double bed, has a big window and is very quiet and peaceful.

It’s £630 per month bills excluded and £900 deposit. Bills and council tax add another £70 per month. There’s a modern bathroom with shower and toilet and then a separate toilet downstairs next to the bedroom featured so you have your own private bathroom vanity and toilet right next to you. There’s also small living area and a long kitchen/dining area equipped with everything you need.

You’ll be living with two lovely girls in their 20’s, they work full time and are both very easygoing, tidy people looking for someone similar.
