The house is a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town station for Northern line and Thameslink services and 7 minutes to Kentish Town West overground. Kentish Town high street is less than a minute from the front door, meaning a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants are all close to hand.

The rent for the room is £770 pcm out of a total £1720 pcm for the house, excluding bills (I pay more for the larger room). The room is available immediately for a 12 month agreement with flexible move in date available.

I work as a management consultant in the financial services industry, currently on furlough. I'm a former rugby player, bad but enthusiastic singer and reasonably talented cook. I’m very sociable and usually out and about a fair bit (when it’s allowed). I’m quite a tidy person, so ideally you've got a pretty high standard of cleanliness.

Ground floor features spacious kitchen with new oven, hob and fridge. The kitchen is fully kitted out, but plenty of space left in the cupboards for you. Full sized table seats up to six people and can be used as space to work from home. Rack in kitchen has space to store a bike.

Bathroom and available bedroom located on first floor. Bedroom comes with full size double ottoman bed, brand new memory foam mattress and a wardrobe. There's enough space for a small desk if you want to work from home in your room, as well as lots of space for more storage / furniture.

My bedroom is on the second floor.

The living room is on the third floor and features a conservatory roof and sliding doors opening onto a south facing terrace. There is lots of space free to store any books, DVDs, etc. you might have on the living room shelves. The large sofa pulls out into a bed for the occasional guest.

The landlady is willing to consider tenants with cats, but no dogs.
