Garden facing double room in Kentish Town

We are looking for a young professional to fill a double room in our beautiful house in Kentish Town. It is situated on a quiet residential road yet very close to the main hustle and bustle of the high street. It is a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town underground and Thameslink station with Kentish Town West Overground station a 15 minute walk away.

In our 3 storey house, there are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, so no queues for the shower in the morning! There’s a large sitting/dining room with comfy sofas with a TV, fibre broadband etc and a separate large kitchen with all the usual equipment such a washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. There’s plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. At the rear of the house there is a lovely patio/garden area to relax in which gets lots of sun. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month so no cleaning rota!

The room itself is rear facing on the first floor and a good size. It's got a double bed and plenty of storage.

We are looking for a tidy, friendly, sociable professional who will treat the house like a home.

The bedroom is furnished and rent is £650pcm. Bills are £110-£120 pcm, with council tax, energy, broadband and cleaner paid monthly, water every six months and TV Licence paid annually.

We deal with a private landlord so there are no agent fees, however he will require an employment reference..

We are aiming to do a move out date of the 25 July, but can be flexible about an earlier date. Please send me a message if you are interested in viewing the house. We plan to have viewings in the coming week.
