A single room is available in a warm and cozy 3-bedroom maisonette with garden in Kentish Town. The room comes with a double bed and a huge wardrobe.

Nice and bright living room and kitchen area which can be separated by a sliding wall if your family/friends are visiting.

The kitchen is fully equipped and we even have a dishwasher and a tumble dryer which make life much easier.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The room is £560 per month, bills come to approximately £90 a month and include council tax, water, electricity and internet, so it's £650 in total per month.

Heating is included in rent so no massive gas bills in winter months.

Please note that the landlord doesn't require a deposit.
