We're looking for a friendly new flatmate for a good sized double room in a light and spacious maisonette in Kentish Town/Gospel Oak. The flat has ample space inside and out, (a large roof terrace all to ourselves), is super-light and is near Hampstead Heath, Kentish Town, Primrose Hill and Camden, for walking, pubs and markets! The overground is 5 mins away, and tubes are nearby (Chalk Farm/Kentish town max 15 mins walk). There's also an excellent 24hr bus just round the corner.

We're two women working in publishing looking for an easy-going and considerate housemate. The flat belongs to a previous flatmate's family so there are no annoying agencies to deal with and we like to treat it like a home. We're fans of chilled evenings, good conversation, cooking, and keeping communal areas tidy and clean. We're looking for a professional person who works during the week late-20s to mid-30s roughly. We definitely don't want to live like students anymore or have fights over the washing up, so finding someone genuine and friendly who also cleans up after themselves is our main criteria.

The price: £690p/mth (includes heating) + bills (internet, electricity, council tax, water around £80/mth) + deposit (£690).

Available from start of December or start ofJanuary for the right person.
