Hi everyone,

Looking for a lovely person to take over this fab large and spacious room in Kentish Town in a friendly household.

THE ROOM:
The room is bigger than normal, and comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and drawers. It gets lots of sunlight in the summer and a big radiator which is great for the winter.

The room will be available at start of February but we're flexible about the exact date.

THE HOUSE:
The place has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms in total. There are two bathrooms, which you will be sharing with three others. The kitchen is modern and has a dining table, and the lounge has 3 sofas so there's plenty of space for everyone to hang out.

There's a lovely garden which is a massive bonus in covid-times! We made great use of it in the summer and we have a BBQ too.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You'll be joining a friendly household, who are all professionals (and currently all working from home in their rooms). We often chill and enjoy TV and dinner together in the evenings in the lounge - but also respect people's quiet time.

OTHER STUFF:
Monthly rent is £760, and bills are £90 each month (which includes everything).

The landlord is very responsive and quick to repair/deal with any issues which is a bonus.
