Ground + Basement flat with Terrace in Kentish t.

Two double bedrooms available in a three-bed, ground floor and basement flat in Kentish Town. Both have room for desks as i know WFH is the new thing.

Newly refurbished with an open plan living space, shared bathroom and a terrace with bbq/fire pit.

LOCATION
It's a great location, only a 5 minute walk to Kentish Town station, getting you to central London in approx 20 mins. There's a nice selection of local pubs/bars nearby, various food shops and Hampstead Heath is just around the corner!

PEOPLE
Previously sharing with two 30 year old friends, both relocating. The flat will be partly furnished but you'll just need a couple of things (beds for the rooms will not included as well as a sofa in the living room but these are the main things that will need to be bought).

The remaining housemate (me) is a 27 year old physio. I'm social, like fitness, rugby and music, and am looking to recreate the same friendly, social environment with beers and chats, trips to the pub (RIP) and the occasional fire pit out back, but not looking for it to become a party house. Having a positive vibe in the house is very important where you dont need to tip toe round eachother, no one wants to dread coming home!
