We have a lovely double room available from 8th July in our friendly first floor flat which includes a living room and a beautiful terrace.
THE ROOM:
The room is quiet & bright with a large sash window. It comes fully furnished including a chest of drawers, wardrobe space & under bed storage. Current tenant isn't WFH so hasn't needed a desk but there's room in there for one if furniture was moved. Happy to chat about that on viewing! You'll be sharing a large bathroom shown in the photo with 2 others.
LOCATION:
The flat is 10 mins walk from Chalk Farm, Belsize Park, Kentish Town West, and our road has buses running to all over London.
We're 2 mins walk from a busy row of shops including a Nisa local, Post Office, Pharmacy etc. There are plenty of bigger supermarkets in walking distance too.
We also have Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill & Regents Park on our doorstep and a great local pub at the end of the road.
THE HOUSE:
The rest of the house is lovely with a large living room and a terrace with a bbq. The pictures don't do it justice. We have a washing machine and a dryer too.
BILLS:
All bills are included in the £650 rent, including weekly cleaner, broadband, tv license and all utilities.
CURRENT HOUSEHOLD:
The current household consists of Tash, 25 who works in market research, Jade, also 25 who works in music and Alex, 26 who works in business development. Alex will also be new to the flat and will be moving in at the same time as you.
We are a social household and love a pint together as well as nights in front of the tv but we all value our own space and keeping the flat clean and tidy.
We're looking for someone friendly who loves a pint and a laugh, and someone who'd see this house as a home not just a spare room. All former and current flatmates met and became friends through living here so we're keen to welcome new people in the same way.
