The room comes with a double bed.
The flat has a living room, kitchen and bathroom which are all fully furnished.
The rent is £725 a month. Bills come to around £120 a month which includes water, gas, electric, council tax, contents insurance and Wi-Fi. We also pay for a tv licence that we would spilt for the amount of time you’re here. These are all paid by me so you would need to set up a direct debit to me to cover these each month.
I’m vegetarian so someone who is either vegetarian or vegan is preferable for me but not essential. I work in radio and am currently working from home so will around during the day. I’m looking for someone who is happy to go for drinks or watch a film together but is also happy to do their own thing. Someone who is clean, tidy and easy going would be a perfect fit.
The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Kentish Town Tube Station which is on the Northern Line and has great links to Central London. Kentish Town High Street is also a very short walk away. The high street has everything you could want including Sainsburys, Lidl, Superdrug etc. There are loads of great charity shops too if you like searching for great bargains! The area is great for pubs and we even have pub on our road called The Pineapple.
Hampstead Heath is about a 10-15min walk about and there are a few gyms nearby.
Camden Town is a 15-20 min walk away.
The room is available from: 11th September - there is some wiggle room with this
There is a £50 fee to change the name on the contract.
