Flatmate wanted - double room in Kentish Town

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate in a two bedroom flat in Kentish Town. My flatmate has to move out quite suddenly so ideally looking for someone who can take over his current contract until end of October
The room is a double and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothing rail, which can be removed if needed.
The flat has an open-plan living space (kitchen/living room/dining room/unofficial home office) and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge+freezer and all the smaller electricals. There are large windows in all rooms and loads of natural light throughout the day (sorry pics were taken on a rainy London day/evenings).
The flat is in a refurbished building (used to be a pub!), there are 9 flats in total, mostly young professionals, there's security code access and bike storage on the ground floor (flat is on the 2nd). All finishes are quite new (bathroom tiling, whole kitchen, floors) and the flat is really well insulated so stays quite cool during the heat waves and warm during winter. It's a 10-minute walk from Kentish Town Station (Northern line), 5 mins from the Overground (Stratford-Richmond line). There's also several buses that go into the centre and many newly built cycling routes. Both Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are a 15-minute walk away so lovely location!

I spent the last few years living with close friends so I'm ideally looking for someone that I can have a similar comfortable relationship with. I do a lot of yoga, like hiking, getting drinks or a weekend brunch, watching films, seeing friends and travelling.
