Double Bedroom in Shared Maisonette Flat

Unfortunately we are leaving our lovely share-house at the October 15th so a double room is available to rent. Singles and/or couples welcome. Room is at the rear of the house, very quiet and has a large window with lots of light. There is a large wardrobe inside the room which is staying. There is also a bedframe and mattress that can stay (we can talk about a price for this, on Ikea its a Brimnes double bed). The bed has 4 very large drawers for storage underneath and is in perfect condition.

Our two housemates who are staying are an English guy and an English girl, both working professionals, who we have met in London and we are looking for a good fit for our little place. We have the top 2 floors of a Terrace House, and have a spacious living room with a modern kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer included! We have all the appliances you want, but won't say no if you'd like to bring your own items too! We have a big bathroom with an actual bathtub for soaking in if you've had a hard day!

We're friendly people and like to hang out together, but understand if you need to have some time for yourself. We will sometimes go to pub or out for dinner together to catch up. We're all working professionals, so it's nice to destress from the work day together.

The flat is located near Kentish Town on the Northern Line and National Rail (less than 10 mins walk), close to Camden Rd on the Overground (15 mins walk) close to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury on the Piccadilly Line (20 mins walk). There are also lots of buses in the area (29, 253, 390, 393 and Night Buses). We're a 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, which is going to be glorious in summer. There are a few gyms and health centres nearby, if you're into that sort of thing!

There are loads of supermarkets on Kentish Town Rd; Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland, Co-op and Tesco. There's an Italian deli down the road, an off licence 2 mins away, for all your late night needs. There's a good choice of pubs in the area, and we're always down to catch up over a pint!
