TLDR:

Beautiful room in a sunny flat, sharing with Jack (M,26), Tubes (12, M, Cat) and Sush (F,12, also a Cat).

Perfect location in Kentish Town/Tuffnell Park, 10 mins from central London and 10 minutes to Hampstead Heath and the ponds.

The room is a good size and gets loads of sun through the large bay window. It comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. I could leave the desk for a cheap price.

The main room is large with the most comfortable sofa in North London and a shiny TV.

The detail:

We're gutted to say that there's a spare spot in our lovely flat. I'm moving out so Jack and the two cats are looking for a new tenant.

One of the best things about the flat is the location. We're really close to the centre of town but equally close to Hampstead Heath, which is beautiful all year round. Bus/Tube/Thameslink all 6 minutes walk away, lots of vibrant pubs and bars in Kentish Town. Your local is the infamous Pineapple!

The room is medium-sized, I've played around with the orientation quite a bit and you can make it what you want. You can fit a good sized desk, two chairs and the chest of draws in there. There have also been murmerings about taking Jack's larger room - pop in to have a look around if you fancy it.

The landlords are really great - on the odd ocassion we have messed up with something they have sorted it within a day.

The house is on a safe and quiet residential street, it's difficult to imagine how close it is to so many lively spots (Kentish Town/Islington/Dalston/West Hampstead). There's a really lovely local community who are friendly and welcoming.

We have a large garden with veg patch, three sheds, table and rowing machine. There's one bathroom and plenty of storage.

Jack is a local legend, works in data and works from home some of the time. We're into watching TV and taking it easy in the evenings but being so close to Camden and central london there are the occasional nights out, as they say. We want the flat to be a home but also respect each others privacy.

The cats are funny and you get quite a few foxes, birds, cats and butterflies in the garden if that excites you, which it does us.

There is good residents parking available right outside and a front garden which would love to be loved. There is space for a bike and the flat comes with a rowing machine and Netflix!

The boring bit:

The room is available from the 23rd October, but this is negotiable if necessary.

The rent is £1,067 each but worth every penny - come have a look around and get to anywhere you need to be and you'll understand.

Biills are excluded from the price, we've got great quality wifi and the flat is well insulated and keeps the heat in (and out!)
