FROM 8 AUGUST 2026 / MON-FRIDAY ONLY / Open to 3 weeknights as well & will lower price. This is a lovely room with plenty of storage: wardrobe, desk & large chest of drawers. The double bed has a comfortable mattress The room is one of two bedrooms on the lower floor of our three story flat. This floor is a modern extension, with light-wells, underfloor heating & air-filtration system. There are no windows to open but I've hosted over 100 happy long term lodgers & AirBnb guests here since 2017. BUT it's not for everyone. You would share the large, modern shower room w 1 other person, 33-year old Charlie who is a trusted., long term lodger. Our home is spacious, relaxed & beautifully furnished. We have a friendly, quiet & old, small dog named Patches. We live on a quiet, calm street very close to Kentish Town tube, overground, shops & pubs. Our local, The Pineapple, is old school & serves excellent Thai food. ALL BILLS including weekly cleaning lady INCLUDED IN RENT. References required. Call if interested!
